Hilltop Home COMPETITION RESULTS
On November 23rd, 2020 we received an email from the organisers of this hilltop home; Winton House, notifying us that their competition had been cancelled; a full refund of the entry fees would therefore start from this date forward

The reason given for cancelling this competition, as stated in the email, is clause 5.3 of their terms and condition document
Below is a quote from Winton House website detailing their document’s 5.3 clause:
5.3 The Promoters reserve the right to cancel the Competition at any time either before or after tickets have been sold. If the Competition is cancelled, the Promoter Lit Digi Ltd will return the Entry Fees minus the transaction fees to each Entrant (either by bank card refund or by cheque and in one combined payment where several entries have been made by a competitor). Where the Entry Fee minus the transactions fees is returned, the Promoter shall have no further liability to the Entrant or to any other person.
